Steven brings skills to the team not many can offer.  Starting over ten years ago as a warehouse junior he has worked his way through the warehousing ranks to be a team leader, then three years ago moved in to the office where we tap in to his admin and IT skills.  It’s a great help to our customers having direct hands on experience as the main phone contact, as his knowledge sees all the sides of the logistic tasks and puzzles, as a result movements tend to happen much more smoothly.
